The Haka is a beautiful Maori tradition. It is a dance that creates unity and connection with our ancestors and our oneness as a species. It is a dance to the god of war, Tumatauenga.
Whakapaingia grew up watching and performing Haka. Whakapaingia grew up watching the famous All Blacks do the kamate haka and performed it at family gatherings. This Maori tradition has brought New Zealanders of all sexes and race together to create oneness.
Whakapaingia leads Haka trainings for men, taking men on a journey to learn the Maori tradition that ignites (HA) the breath (KA) and brings union amongst the participants.
